This is the best stainless steel trowel you can buy.  Manufactured by Pennelli Tigre and used by all top decorators in Italy.  Trowel can be used for application, smoothening, polishing and shining of decorative plasters such as stucco, marmorino, etc.  Stainless steel will not blacken the surface when polishing.
